Slipel is operated by Connell Technology (ABN 21762538240) (“Slipel”, “we”, “us”). Slipel is a marketplace where sellers list software tools, apps, and scripts, and buyers purchase them. By creating an account or using Slipel, you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it. You must be able to form a binding contract to use Slipel. Keep your credentials secure — notify us at support@slipel.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Selling on Slipel

Sellers must own or hold sufficient rights to everything they list, and are solely responsible for the accuracy of their listings, the functionality of what they sell, and any support, updates, or licensing terms they offer buyers. Slipel is a venue for the transaction, not a party to the license between buyer and seller.

Payouts are handled through Stripe Connect. To receive funds you must complete Stripe's onboarding and comply with Stripe's terms. Slipel deducts a marketplace fee from each sale — either a per-sale fee ($4.95 + 3.5%) or, for Pro subscribers, a flat annual fee plus 1% per sale. Current rates are shown on the sell and Pro pages and may change with notice.

Prohibited listings include malware, content that infringes another party's rights, and anything illegal to sell in your jurisdiction. We may remove listings or suspend accounts that violate this.

3. Buying on Slipel

Purchasing a listing grants you the license the seller describes for that listing (a single copy or an IP/exclusive transfer, as offered). Per-sale copy purchases include a 10-day download window from the time of purchase; subscription-plan and IP purchases include permanent access to re-download. Save your files before the window closes.

4. Intellectual property

Sellers retain ownership of what they upload, and grant Slipel a license to host, display, and deliver it to buyers as needed to operate the marketplace. You may not upload content you don't have the rights to distribute.

5. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraud, or create risk for other users.

6. Disclaimers & liability

Slipel is provided “as is.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties beyond those that can't be excluded — including the consumer guarantees available to you under the Australian Consumer Law, which these terms don't limit or exclude. Our liability for anything else arising from your use of Slipel is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
